Inspired Grace Healthcare
Our Story

Care that started with one family, in one home.

Inspired Grace Healthcare was built on a simple idea: people recover and age best in the place they call home — surrounded by their own routines, their own family, their own bed. We started in East Dundee with a small team of nurses and caregivers who believed home care should feel personal, not procedural. That belief still runs the agency today, across Cook, DuPage, McHenry, and Kane counties.

What began as hourly visits for a handful of families has grown into full-time nursing, personal care, and clinical staffing across four counties — without losing the thing that started it: a caregiver who actually knows the person they're caring for. Every case still opens the same way it did on day one: a free in-home assessment, done by someone who will actually be involved in the care plan, not a call center reading from a script.

As the agency grew, so did what families and facilities asked of us — from occasional companion visits to daily skilled nursing, from a single household to a roster of hospitals and care facilities that rely on us for staffing. We hired for it deliberately: every caregiver and clinician who joins is someone we'd trust in our own family's home, because for a lot of our staff, that's exactly the standard they're holding themselves to.

Our Mission

“To professionally care for every life compassionately and with grace.”

In practice, that means identifying each client's physical, mental, and emotional needs — then delivering care that meets them, in the home environment they know best.

Our Vision

To be the most trusted home care and medical staffing partner in Cook, DuPage, McHenry, and Kane counties — known as much for reliability as for compassion.

Community Commitment

Rooted in the counties we serve.

We're based in East Dundee and staffed largely by caregivers and clinicians who live in the communities they serve — Cook, DuPage, McHenry, and Kane counties. That local footprint means faster response times, caregivers who know the area, and a team that's genuinely invested in the families we work with. We serve clients of every culture, religion, and ability, and build positive relationships with the community beyond the households we're hired into. Growing our team locally also means investing in training and career development for caregivers who might otherwise have to leave the area to advance in healthcare.
